Repairs & Maintenance of compound If any repairs are required on your property, we can identify a suitable service provider. Once you approve the service provider and estimate, we can initiate and supervise the repair work. We will keep you updated, from start to finish, through digital photos/videos. In the interests of safety and good citizenship, we can arrange to keep your compound free of undergrowth and clear garbage that may be illegally dumped in it. What is Vastu ? Vaastu is the science of directions that combines all the five elements of nature and balance them with the man and the material. Vaastu Shastra creates a congenial settings or a place to live or work, in most scientific way taking advantages of the benefits bestowed by the five elements called “Paanchbhootas” of the nature thereby paving the way for enhanced health, wealth, prosperity and happiness in an enlightened environment. Ancient Gurus & Rishis have known the secrets of using all the five elements of this universe and their special characteristics to enhance lives since several millennia. Several factors were considered when laying down the principles of this ancient science namely, magnetic field, gravitational field etc. of Earth, the galaxy in the sky, the directions and velocity of the winds, light and heat of the SUN including the effects of its Ultra-Violet and Infra-Red rays, the volume and intensity of rainfall etc. Man is the subject, object and the cause of architecture. He conceives and perceives architecture in relation to his experience of himself with the surrounding world. Through art of design, he alters and moulds the elements of natural environment. Those elements being known as the “Paanchbhootas”. They are Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Ether. Out of the nine planets, our planet has life due to the presence of these five elements. Earth and Water have limited and localized availability for the human habitat and growth. They act as the fundamental choice makers in the location and the physical form of architecture and habitat. Sun, Air and Space are universally available and can be moulded as per human needs by the act of design. In order to understand the act of design with these five elements, we shall have to take each one separately to appreciate their meaning, role, and workability in architecture
There are eight types of basic color schemes to choose from:
- Complementary: Complementary or opposite colors from the color wheel
- Split Complementary: Three colors—the main color and colors from either side of its complement
- Triad: Three colors from equidistant points on the color wheel
- Monochromatic: Different shades and depths of a single color
- Analogous: The main color and the colors from either side of it on the color wheel
- Neutral: Uses a color that has been reduced by adding black
- Achromatic: No color—just blacks, whites and greys
- Secondary: Green, purple and orange used together
COMPLEMENTARY COLOR SCHEMES The complementary scheme uses colors that are directly across from each other on the color wheel. Examples include:
- Red and Green
- Red-Orange and Blue-Green
- Orange and Blue
- Violet and Yellow
Working with complementary colors can be tricky. Be sure to vary shades and saturation levels. Complementary colors of the same intensity can look like they are vibrating when placed next to each other. This can be disconcerting, to say the least. SPLIT COMPLEMENTARY COLOR SCHEMES The color scheme uses three colors: A color and two other colors that are directly adjacent to the first color’s complement on the color wheel. This provides the visual interest of a complementary color scheme but without the vibration. It also allows the use of more color. Examples include:
- Red, Yellow-Green and Blue-Green
- Yellow, Blue-Violet and Red-Violet
- Green, Red-Violet and Red-Orange
TRIAD COLOR SCHEME This color scheme makes use of three colors that are equally spaced from each other on the color wheel. Examples include:
- Red,Yellow and Blue
- Yellow, Blue-Violet and Red-Violet
- Green, Violet and Orange
MONOCHROMATIC COLOR SCHEME This color scheme uses two or three colors from the same color family on the color wheel. Examples include:
You don’t have to know everything about lighting or spend tons of money to make rooms look light and lively. You do need to know the basics of functional and decorative lighting and how to get help for planning and buying lighting. Lighting design is broken down into three kinds of illumination: general lighting, task lighting, and accent lighting. Mix all three types to achieve decorative lighting. Decorative lighting creates mood (an overall feeling of serenity or playfulness) and meaning (communication; sometimes this includes signage, such as Exit). Flat, functional lighting (such as the kind in your office) puts people on the alert. Decorative lighting, on the other hand, brings out the shape of objects, the “feel” of texture, and important keynotes. A decorative lighting scheme has variation in light levels and sources that indicate what rooms are for (dim lights in rooms for sleeping, bright lights in playrooms) or what a room’s focal point is. Create focal points with chandeliers and pendants. In a dining room, for example, a chandelier placed over a table draws attention with its soft upward-cast light. (Chandeliers are Traditional.) A pendant light used over a table, however, casts a more concentrated light downward and out. (Pendants are Contemporary.) To create a plan, consider what, where, and when activities take place. Lighting needs to vary its intensity to accommodate multiple activities that occur in a single room. For example, your kitchen may be your favorite place to cook, read, do your hobbies, watch TV, and entertain. Would you want the same level of light for a party that you want for mopping the floor? Lighting stores and home remodeling centers have trained personnel who can steer you toward your best possible lighting choices. Bring your floor plans and other decorating notes with you when you consult a lighting expert.

Green Walls
Green Walls are panels of plants, grown vertically on structures that can be either free-standing or attached to walls. Green Walls are also referred to as bio walls, vertical gardens, living walls or eco walls. As we run out of green space in cities, green walls can turn urban spaces back into something natural and beautiful. They can also improve air quality and provide health benefits.
